Manager/Assistant Manager

Chick-fil-A has a growing opportunity for leaders, leaders who have a passion for engaging and developing others. A leader is responsible for ensuring each guest that visits walks away feeling cared for by leading the team to be productive and guest focused. Chick-fil-A leaders work as part of a Leadership Team to ensure this happens all day, every day.

Full-time, open availability is required as a Restaurant Team Leader / Shift Manager.  Restaurant hours are from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm Monday through Saturday.

Restaurant Team Leader / Shift Manager Responsibilities Include:

* Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant

* Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs

* Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team

* Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team

* Passion for delivering excellent, servant hearted service to the guests and creating an encouraging environment for the team members

* Open and/or close, lead shifts

* Money handling responsibilities

* Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

* Team player attitude that looks at the good of the business and others before one's self

* Will directly impact coaching employees, planning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

* Daily decision-making, staff support, daily set-up

* Ensure quality and safety of food

* Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld

* Bring ideas to the table that will enhance the guest experience or work environment, have a continuous improvement mindset

* 1 year of leadership experience preferred
